Baking Demonstrations New this year will be our Fillo Baking Demonstrations. The ladies of the Philoptochos Society will, at designated times on Saturday and Sunday, demonstrate the ‘art of baking with fillo.’ They will prepare Baklava (honey/nut pastry) and Spanakopita (spinach & Feta cheese in fillo dough), and one of the ladies will demonstrate working with Kataifi, a ‘shredded fillo’ dough. Cookbooks from Krinos Foods and Athens Foods companies will also be available.

Greek Pride Sit back and enjoy the show! Our dancers perform Saturday and Sunday at 4:00 and 7:00 pm in traditional costumes (one performance only, at 7:00 pm, on Friday evening).
